Mitsuko's Halloween Costume

credit for the base goes to ~chocolate-ichigo-101. i know it's not Halloween-ish. but there's so limited halloween costume bases. but also Mitsuko doesn't like to dress up in anything scary. i hope to get Katsuo's costume done before Halloween.
